  • 1 chicken breast 400 g chicken breast
  • 2 lime ½ lime
  • 3 olive oil 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 mustard 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 5 chilli spices 2 tablespoons chilli spices
  • 6 salt salt
  • 7 pepper pepper
  • Total weight: 545 grams

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 2 min.
Spicy chicken skewers : Stage 1
Cut 400 g chicken breast into large cubes and season with salt.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 1 min.

Pour into a bowl.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 2 min.

Add the juice and zest of ½ lime, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons mustard, and blend once.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 1 hour

Add 2 tablespoons chilli spices and mix again.

Cover with a plate and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or more.

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.

Cook for 10-15 minutes to taste.

Serve with rice pilaf, for example, or a side dish of your choice.
Remarks
Of course, you can also cook them on the barbecue rather than in the oven, or even in a pan.

For the spices, it's up to you, not necessarily chili, but another blend you like (tandoori, cajun, etc.).
Keeping: Enjoy immediately, but can be reheated.
