Prepare the 500 g white beans and pour them into a mixing bowl.

Cut the 300 g fresh tuna or smoked meat into large cubes.

Sauté them to your liking in a small skillet with a little oil, and season with salt at the end of cooking.

Remarks
If you can and if you like, go for smoked tuna (as shown in the photos)—it tastes delicious.

You can substitute the cheddar with another cheese of your choice—preferably a hard cheese (such as Comté or Mimolette)—but this isn’t necessary.

This recipe works very well with other legumes, such as lentils.
Keeping: 1 or 2 days in the refrigerator, in a sealed container.
