Wash and dry 150 g radishes, then slice thinly (a mandolin is ideal for this).

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Lemony chicken and radish salad
Put the radishes and chicken in a bowl, add the finely chopped 1 tablespoon herbs of your choice and mix well.

Stage 4 - 3 min.
Lemony chicken and radish salad
Just before serving, add 50 g lemon mayonnaise and mix well.

Stage 5
Lemony chicken and radish salad
This salad should not be served too cold, so take it out of the fridge 30 minutes beforehand.
Remarks
You can use leftovers for the meat: chicken, of course, but other diced meats, such as pork, veal or beef will work well too.
Keeping: Several hours in the fridge (without the mayonnaise) covered with plastic film.
