Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.

Peel 1 avocado, remove the stone and slice the flesh.

Sprinkle with the juice of ½ lime, then set aside.

Slice 150 ml artichoke heart.

Put the avocado and artichokes into a salad bowl and add 50 ml tuna in oil.

Stage 4 - 5 min.

Add some chopped parsley and 1 shallot, finely sliced.

Stage 5 - 10 min.

Finish with 375 ml mushrooms, peeled and sliced.

Stage 6 - 2 min.

Mix 150 ml Mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon curry powder.

Add the curry mayonnaise to the salad and mix well.
