Stage 1 -
Peel and slice 200 g
and put in a salad bowl.
Stage 2 -
, preferably using small ones no longer than 4 inches (10 cm), and slice thinly.
Add to the salad bowl.
Stage 3 -
Wash and slice 100 g radishes and add to the salad.
Stage 4 -
Crumble 70 g tuna in oil into the bowl.
Stage 5 -
Chop the 2 tablespoons herbs of your choice and add.
Stage 6 -
Finish with 100 g
and mix together.
Your salad is ready.
You can pep up this salad by adding a dash of Tabasco or a teaspoonful of curry powder to the mayonnaise.
