For this recipe, very simple, we mix celeriac and avocado and we bind them with a remoulade sauce.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Prepare 400 g celeriac, and grate it not too fine.

Pour into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Prepare 2 avocados and cut into thin strips.

Pour into the bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Add the chopped chives and 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with mayonnaise or remoulette sauce.
