For this recipe, very simple, we mix celeriac and avocado and we bind them with a remoulade sauce.

The association celery and avocado is not common, but you will see that it works very well.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 10 min.
Celery and avocado salad : Stage 1
Prepare 400 g celeriac, and grate it not too fine.

Pour into a bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 5 min.
Celery and avocado salad : Stage 2
Prepare 2 avocados and cut into thin strips.

Pour into the bowl.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 3 min.
Celery and avocado salad : Stage 3
Add the chopped chives and 4 tablespoons rémoulade dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with mayonnaise or remoulette sauce.
Keeping: To be enjoyed during the day.
