  • 2 mayonnaise 50 g mayonnaise
  • 3 Chervil ½ tablespoon Chervil
  • 4 lemon juice ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 bread 1 slice bread
  • 6 butter 10 g butter

Stage 1 - 10 min.
Broccoli salad with chervil-lemon mayonnaise
Prepare 300 g purple-sprouting broccoli.

Stage 2 - 3 min.
Broccoli salad with chervil-lemon mayonnaise
Prepare 50 g mayonnaise by adding ½ tablespoon Chervil and ½ tablespoon lemon juice with the oil.

Stage 3 - 2 min.

Dry the broccoli well with a kitchen towel, then pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 4 - 2 min.

Add the chervil mayonnaise and mix with a fork.

Cut 1 slice bread into small pieces, and brown them in a small frying pan with 10 g butter.

Remarks
If you don't have cape broccoli, use classic broccoli.

For the lemon juice, use either yellow or green, depending on your taste. Yellow is more classic, and green adds an interesting extra flavour.
