  • 4 lemon juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 bread 4 slices bread
  • 6 butter 40 g butter

Broccoli salad with chervil-lemon mayonnaise
Prepare 1 kg 200 g purple-sprouting broccoli.

Prepare 200 g mayonnaise by adding 2 tablespoons Chervil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice with the oil.

Dry the broccoli well with a kitchen towel, then pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 4 - 2 min.

Add the chervil mayonnaise and mix with a fork.

Cut 4 slices bread into small pieces, and brown them in a small frying pan with 40 g butter.

Remarks
If you don't have cape broccoli, use classic broccoli.

For the lemon juice, use either yellow or green, depending on your taste. Yellow is more classic, and green adds an interesting extra flavour.
