Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 1 hour 9 min.
Scrambled eggs with butter-fried bread and fresh spinach : Stage 1
Prepare 100 g cooked spinach, set aside.

Heat plates.

Stage 2 - 8 min.
Scrambled eggs with butter-fried bread and fresh spinach : Stage 2
Cut 3 slices bread, remove crust and cut each slice into medium sized pieces.

Butter both sides.

Heat a frying pan on medium heat, when it's hot, put in bread slices.

Brown on each side.

Stage 4 - 30 min.

Prepare scrambled eggs.

Heat spinach in the same pan with a knob of butter.

Stage 5 - 5 min.
Scrambled eggs with butter-fried bread and fresh spinach : Stage 5
On the hot plates, divide out spinach, add eggs and fried bread.

Serve immediately.
Remarks
Add a dash of balsamic vinegar on the eggs for a bit more punch.
