Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.

Carefully remove any remaining bones from the fillets.

Stage 2 - 3 min.

Rinse and dry them.

Prepare the marinade by mixing 4 tablespoons soy sauce, the juice of 2 limes and 6 tablespoons olive oil. Add pepper but no salt (the soy sauce is already salty enough).

Stage 4 - 2 min.

Pour the marinade into a dish and leave the fillets to soak for about 20 minutes.

Put a large non-stick frying pan on medium heat. When hot, add the fish fillets, skin side down.

Pull off and discard the skin.
