Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Peel ½ avocado, remove the stone and slice the flesh.

Sprinkle with the juice of ¼ lime, then set aside.

Stage 2 - 3 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Slice 75 g artichoke heart.

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Put the avocado and artichokes into a salad bowl and add 25 g tuna in oil.

Stage 4 - 5 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Add some chopped parsley and ½ shallot, finely sliced.

Stage 5 - 10 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Finish with 75 g mushrooms, prepared in strips.

Stage 6 - 2 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Mix 75 g Mayonnaise with ½ tablespoon curry powder.

Stage 7 - 2 min.
Mixed salad with curry mayo
Add the curry mayonnaise to the salad and mix well.
