  • 1 cauliflower 150 g cauliflower
  • 2 tinned red kidney beans 150 g tinned red kidney beans
  • 3 avocado ½ avocado
  • 4 herbs of your choice herbs of your choice
  • 5 Rémoulade dressing 75 g Rémoulade dressing
  • Total weight: 500 grams

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Cauliflower, red bean and avocado salad
Prepare 150 g cauliflower and slice thinly.

The ideal tool for this is a mandolin, but you can also use a food processor or grater.

Stage 2 - 2 min.
Cauliflower, red bean and avocado salad
Add 150 g tinned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained.

Stage 3 - 5 min.
Cauliflower, red bean and avocado salad
Then add the herbs and ½ avocado, cut into slices.

Stage 4 - 2 min.
Cauliflower, red bean and avocado salad
Finish by adding 75 g Rémoulade dressing and mix well.

Your salad is ready.
Remarks
For the dressing, you can also opt for a rémoulette dressing or a simple french dressing (vinaigrette).
Keeping: Once the desssing is added, should be eaten the same day.
