Prepare 1 13 cup purple-sprouting broccoli.

Prepare ¼ cup mayonnaise by adding ½ tablespoon Chervil and ½ tablespoon lemon juice with the oil.

Dry the broccoli well with a kitchen towel, then pour into a salad bowl.

Add the chervil mayonnaise and mix with a fork.
