Step by step recipe

Carrot salad with almonds and Comté cheese : Stage 1
Prepare and grate 800 g carrot, pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 4 min.

Add the minced 1 spring onion (scallion) and coarsely chopped herbs, mix with a fork, then place a plate on top of the salad bowl while you do the following.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 5 min.

Pour 50 g flakeds almonds into a small frying pan over medium heat, and roast, stirring regularly, until slightly colored.

Leave to cool.

Pour the cooled almonds and Comté cheese into the bowl.

Mix everything together, add the dressing and mix again, your salad is ready.
Remarks
You can replace Comté with another hard cheese, such as Cheddar.
