For this summer salad: slices of cucumber, morsels of smoked salmon, diced avocado and a little tuna, dressed in a herb mayonnaise.

For 8 people, you will need:
  • 1 cucumbers 2 cucumbers
  • 2 smoked salmon 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 3 avocado 2 avocados
  • 4 lemon 1 lemon
  • 5 tuna in oil 14.1 oz tuna in oil
  • 6 mayonnaise 14.1 oz mayonnaise
  • 7 herbs of your choice herbs of your choice

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad
Wash 2 cucumbers and slice thinly.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad
Cut 4 slices smoked salmon into small peices.

Stage 3 - 5 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad
Peel 2 avocados, and cut into small dice, which should be sprinkled with the juice of 1 lemon straight afterwards.

Stage 4 - 5 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad
Break up 14.1 oz tuna in oil into flakes.

Prepare 14.1 oz mayonnaise.

Stage 5 - 3 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad
Put all the ingredients into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and herbs, then mix carefully.

Stage 6
Cucumber and salmon salad
Refrigerate, covered by plastic film until serving.
Remarks
Use whatever herbs you have available, but opt for parsley, chervil and chives if possible.
Keeping: Several days in the fridge, in a closed jar.
