Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 20 min.
Turnip and sesame puree (tahina) soup : Stage 1
Prepare 3 turnips, quarter them vertically, then cut each quarter into fairly thin strips.

Weigh the weight of turnips you obtain.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Turnip and sesame puree (tahina) soup : Stage 2
Cook the turnips in twice their weight of water and ½ chicken stock cube, until they are soft (about 10 minutes).

Stage 3 - 5 min.
Turnip and sesame puree (tahina) soup : Stage 3
With a blender blend until smooth, then add 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste), 50 ml liquid cream, and blend again.

Taste and check salt and pepper: it's ready.
Keeping: Several days in the fridge, in a closed jar.
