For this recipe, very simple, we mix celeriac and avocado and we bind them with a remoulade sauce.

The association celery and avocado is not common, but you will see that it works very well.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Prepare 1 litre 200 ml celeriac, and grate it not too fine.

Pour into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Prepare 6 avocados and cut into thin strips.

Pour into the bowl.

Stage 3 - 3 min.
Celery and avocado salad
Add the chopped chives and 12 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with mayonnaise or remoulette sauce.
