Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Prepare 1 lb + 15.7 oz carrot, cut into small sections.

If you're using organic carrots, there's no need to peel them.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Prepare 1 lb + 15.7 oz cauliflower.

Stage 3 - 15 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Prepare 1 lb + 15.7 oz leek, cut into small pieces.

Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).

Stage 4 - 2 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Pour all the vegetables into a bowl, sprinkle with thyme and 15 tablespoons olive oil, then mix well.

Stage 5 - 2 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, then spread the vegetables over it.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stage 6 - 20 min.
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Stage 7
Roasted vegetables with thyme and green sauce
Serve drizzled with olive oil and accompanied by a generous spoonful of parsley-sesame green sauce.
Remarks
The vegetables are those of the season, but feel free to add others than those indicated here, according to your taste and what you have on hand.
