Here's a super-simple, but simply delicious recipe, where pasta, cooked separately, is mixed with a kind of cream made from cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese, baked in the oven.

You'll find that the taste, and the creamy texture of pasta prepared in this way is simply amazing.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 3 min.
Pasta with cherry tomatoes, olives and feta cheese
Wash and dry 250 g cherry tomatoes.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Pasta with cherry tomatoes, olives and feta cheese
Cut them in 2, place the cut part on top, then sprinkle with fine salt and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Stage 3 - 1 min.

Meanwhile, pour a little olive oil into a gratin dish, then place 100 g feta in the center (no need to cut it).

Pour the cherry tomatoes around...

Stage 5 - 1 min.

Add 25 g black olives cut in 2, sprinkle with herbes de Provence then lightly salt tomatoes and olives, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Stage 6

Meanwhile, cook the pasta of your choice, then drain.

After baking, the tomatoes are candied and the feta seems to have remained the same...

Stage 8 - 1 min.

...but that's where the magic happens: stir the entire contents of the dish with a spoon, and the cream forms.

Stage 9 - 2 min.
Pasta with cherry tomatoes, olives and feta cheese
Pour the still-warm pasta into the dish, toss, serve immediately and enjoy.
Remarks
You can use any kind of pasta you like: penne, spaghetti, fusilli, etc.

You'll notice that, strangely enough, the pasta takes on a surprising "pizza" taste (tomatoes-cheese-herbs-olive), which makes us call this recipe "pazzas" in the family.
Keeping
To be enjoyed as soon as possible, but can be kept for 1 or 2 days, and reheated.
