For 4 people, you will need:
  • 1 cucumber 1 cucumber
  • 2 smoked salmon 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 3 avocado 1 avocado
  • 4 lemon ½ lemon
  • 5 tuna in oil 200 g tuna in oil
  • 6 mayonnaise 200 g mayonnaise
  • 7 herbs of your choice herbs of your choice
  • Total weight: 1,115 grams

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 10 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad : Stage 1
Wash 1 cucumber and slice thinly.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 5 min.
Cucumber and salmon salad : Stage 2
Cut 2 slices smoked salmon into small peices.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 5 min.

Peel 1 avocado, and cut into small dice, which should be sprinkled with the juice of ½ lemon straight afterwards.

Break up 200 g tuna in oil into flakes.

Prepare 200 g mayonnaise.

Stage 5 - ⌛ 3 min.

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and herbs, then mix carefully.

Refrigerate, covered by plastic film until serving.
Remarks
Use whatever herbs you have available, but opt for parsley, chervil and chives if possible.
Keeping: Several days in the fridge, in a closed jar.
