Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Gratin of purple artichokes
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).

Butter a gratin dish.

Slice 0 kg 6 g cooked potatoes and spread in the bottom of the dish.

Pour a generous trickle of olive oil over.

Stage 2 - 15 min.
Gratin of purple artichokes
Prepare 0 kg 9 g purple globe artichokes and spread in a layer over the potatoes.
