Baker's pizza is very quick to make using a basic bread dough.

If you buy the dough ready-made (ask your local baker) and use a good tomato sauce from a jar, you can have it ready for the oven in under 10 minutes.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 2 min.
Baker's pizza
Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C).

Roll out 1 13 cup bread dough into a large rectangle on a sheet of cooking parchment, laid on a baking sheet or a solid oven shelf.

Stage 2 - 2 min.
Baker's pizza
Spread a layer of 23 cup Tomato sauce (for pizzas), leaving a clear border of about half an inch (1 cm) all round.


Scatter ½ tablespoon herbes de Provence over.

Stage 3 - 2 min.

Flake 23 cup tuna in oil on top.

Stage 4 - 2 min.

Finish with the 2 tablespoons grated cheese.

Stage 5 - 30 min.

Bake for about 30 minutes.

Remarks
This is not only a very quick recipe, it is also very easy to adapt. Starting with the basic bread dough and tomato sauce, you can add any toppings you like!
Keeping: Best eaten immediately, but also keeps well in the fridge, covered with plastic film.
