|1||Peel 1 cucumber, dice small, put in a strainer over a bowl and sprinkle with.
We do that to remove the excess water from the cucumber.
|2||Peel 4 tomatoes, dice small.||10 min.|
|3||Take 200 g mushrooms, cut off the stalks and keep only the caps.
Peel, cut in two lengthways, then slice thinly.
Put in a bowl, add ½ lemon juice and mix well.
|4||Wash and drain 1 lettuce.
Take a handful of leaves, roll and slice thinly. Do this with the whole lettuce to produce fine ribbons.
|5||Peel 1 avocado, cut each half in small dice.||10 min.|
|6||Put diced avocado on mushrooms, add ½ lime juice and mix well.||2 min.|
|7||Chopp finely 1 spring onion (scallion) and 1 bunch chives.||5 min.|
|8||Put everything in a salad bowl: lettuce, chives, onion, mushrooms, avocado, cucumber and tomatoes.||2 min.|
|9||Add French dressing to taste, mix well.
