Stage 1 - 10 min.
Cauliflower and chickpea salad
Prepare 0 kg 6 g cauliflower, slice and put in a bowl.

Stage 2 - 5 min.
Cauliflower and chickpea salad
Add 20 radishes in thin slices (a mandolin is ideal for this).

Stage 3 - 1 min.
Cauliflower and chickpea salad
Add 0 kg 2 g tinned (canned) chickpeas.

Stage 4 - 3 min.

Add the chopped herbs, 1 13 cup Rémoulade dressing and mix well. Your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you are not keen on rémoulade dressing, use a simple french dressing (vinaigrette) instead.
