Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 5 min.
Kalamata Salad
Roast 1 23 cup pine nuts in a small pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Let cool.

Stage 2 - 3 min.
Kalamata Salad
Cut 0 kg 2 g feta into small pieces.

Stage 3 - 30 min.
Kalamata Salad
Prepare 0 kg 12 g tomato, sprinkle them with fine salt, and let them stand (about 1 hour) in a fine sieve to drain.

Stage 4 - 3 min.
Kalamata Salad
In a bowl, pour the feta cheese and pine nuts, add finely chopped 3 spring onions (scallions).

Stage 5 - 4 min.
Kalamata Salad
Prepare the sauce by squeezing 3 lemons, add to the juice the same volume of olive oil, salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons dry oregano and chive flowers (if you have them), mix well.

Stage 6 - 2 min.
Kalamata Salad
In the salad bowl, add the tomatoes, pour the sauce over them, mix well, your Kalamata salad is ready.
Remarks
Of course, to be really "from Kalamata" it would be necessary to add to the salad some olives from this beautiful city...
