This quick salad includes chickpeas, of course, but with spring onions, radishes and chopped coriander, too.

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 3 min.
Chickpea salad : Stage 1
Drain 150 g tinned (canned) chickpeas and mash them roughly with a fork.

Stage 2 - 1 min.
Chickpea salad : Stage 2
Put into a bowl.

Stage 3 - 7 min.
Chickpea salad : Stage 3
Add 75 g spring onion (scallion) and 100 g radishes sliced into rounds.

Stage 4 - 3 min.
Chickpea salad : Stage 4
Finish by adding the chopped coriander and 2.5 tablespoons french dressing (vinaigrette). Mix well and it's ready.
Remarks
For a more exotic flavour, try making the vinaigrette with sesame oil.
Keeping: A day or two in the fridge, covered with plastic film. .
