Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 3 min.
Chickpea salad
Drain 10.6 oz tinned (canned) chickpeas and mash them roughly with a fork.

Stage 2 - 1 min.
Chickpea salad
Put into a bowl.

Stage 3 - 7 min.
Chickpea salad
Add 5.3 oz spring onion (scallion) and 7.0 oz radishes sliced into rounds.

Stage 4 - 3 min.
Chickpea salad
Finish by adding the chopped coriander and 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette). Mix well and it's ready.
Remarks
For a more exotic flavour, try making the vinaigrette with sesame oil.
Keeping
A day or two in the fridge, covered with plastic film. .
