Put 1 egg yolk and 1 egg into a large bowl.

Add 100 g liquid cream, 100 g whole milk, 1 pinch grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Whisk together until evenly mixed.

Remarks
You can vary the proportions of cream to milk, adding more cream and less milk for a richer filling, or even all cream.
