Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Prepare 1 courgette, cut them into small pieces and pour into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 2 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Coarsely chop 3 leaves Basil.

Stage 3 - 4 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Prepare ½ shallot, slice finely.

Stage 4 - 1 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Pour basil, shallots and chopped parsley into the bowl and mix.

Stage 5 - 15 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Prepare 2 tomatoes, and cut into small pieces.

Stage 6 - 1 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Pour into the bowl.

Stage 7 - 2 min.
Zucchini and tomato remoulade
Add 2 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your remoulade is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce by a remoulette sauce.
