Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 30 min.
Roasted leeks with pesto
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Prepare 800 g leek, cut them into small pieces.

Stage 2 - 3 min.
Roasted leeks with pesto
Place on a baking sheet or pan, sprinkle with olive oil and thyme (fresh if possible), and season with salt and pepper.

Stage 3 - 30 min.
Roasted leeks with pesto
Place in oven for about 30 minutes, until leeks are nicely colored/grilled.

Serve with a layer of leeks, chopped hard-boiled egg and a generous dollop of pesto.
Remarks
To sprinkle the leeks with oil and thyme, you can put them in a salad bowl, pour in oil, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well, before pouring onto the plate.

For the pesto, don't hesitate to innovate with a Greek-style pesto or a coriander-cashew pesto, among others
