Step by step recipe

Spinach and Mushrooms with Pesto
In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in 4 tablespoons olive oil and when it is hot add 2 shallots minced.

Add salt and pepper, cook for 1 minute without browning.

Stage 2 - 1 min.
Spinach and Mushrooms with Pesto
Add prepared and chopped 0 kg 2 g mushrooms, salt again and mix well...

Stage 3 - 8 min.

...and cook to your liking, typically until the mushrooms have run out of water.

Stir and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream has reduced.
