Green avocado salad

Green avocado salad
This salad is all green and fresh, with diced avocado, lettuce, spring onion and the softness of pieces of hard-boiled egg.

The flavour is brought out further with a lime and olive-oil dressing, pepped up with a touch of Tabasco.

Crème brûlée (burned cream) is quite easy to prepare: it's a simple egg-cream dessert. The only difficulty is in making the delicious crunchy caramel layer on top. How to heat milk without it catching on the bottom of the pan
Very often when you heat milk in a saucepan, it forms at the bottom of the pan (especially if the milk boiled) a sticky and brown bottom of milk that burned and attached. To avoid this here is a very simple and very effective tip.
