Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Prepare 3 lb + 4.8 oz mushrooms, pour them into a bowl.

Stage 2 - 10 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Prepare 1 lb + 5.1 oz courgette, preferably using small ones no longer than 4 inches (10 cm), and slice thinly.

Add to the salad bowl.

Stage 3 - 10 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Wash and slice 10.6 oz radishes and add to the salad.

Stage 4 - 5 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Crumble 7.4 oz tuna in oil into the bowl.

Stage 5 - 3 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Chop the 6 tablespoons herbs of your choice and add.

Stage 6 - 3 min.
Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad
Finish with 10.6 oz Mayonnaise and mix together.

Your salad is ready.
Remarks
You can pep up this salad by adding a dash of Tabasco or a teaspoonful of curry powder to the mayonnaise.
