Put 2 egg yolks and 2 Eggs into a large bowl.

Stage 2 - 2 min.
Quiche filling mixture
Add 200 g liquid cream, 200 ml whole milk, 2 pinches grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Whisk together until evenly mixed.

Remarks
You can vary the proportions of cream to milk, adding more cream and less milk for a richer filling, or even all cream.
