Avocado and celery remoulade : Stage 1
Prepare and grate 700 g celeriac.

Pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 4 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade : Stage 2
Prepare and chop 2 avocados into small pieces.

Add to the salad bowl.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 3 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade : Stage 3
Add the chopped parsley.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 1 min.

Mix well.

Stage 5 - ⌛ 2 min.

Add 200 g rémoulade dressing and mix again.

Your avocado-celery remoulade is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with a vinaigrette sauce, but it will be a little less "bistrot".
