Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 10 min.
Avocado and celery remoulade
Prepare and grate 0 kg 6 g celeriac.

Pour into a salad bowl.

Stage 2 - 4 min.

Prepare and chop 4 avocados into small pieces.

Add to the salad bowl.

Add the chopped parsley.

Remarks
You can replace the remoulade sauce with a vinaigrette sauce, but it will be a little less "bistrot".
