Crunchy courgette and mushroom salad

This very simple salad contains a mix of crunchy raw ingredients, balanced by the softer texture of tuna, and dressed with mayonnaise.

Step by step recipe

Prepare 0 kg 2 g mushrooms, pour them into a bowl.

Prepare 0 kg 14 g courgette, preferably using small ones no longer than 4 inches (10 cm), and slice thinly.

Add to the salad bowl.

Wash and slice 0 kg 7 g radishes and add to the salad.

Crumble 0 kg 4 g tuna in oil into the bowl.

Chop the 4 tablespoons herbs of your choice and add.

Finish with 0 kg 7 g Mayonnaise and mix together.

Your salad is ready.

Remarks

You can pep up this salad by adding a dash of Tabasco or a teaspoonful of curry powder to the mayonnaise.
