Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - 20 min.
Ramekins of duchess potatoes
Peel and wash 0 kg 2 g potatoes.

Divide mashed potato in two, salt and pepper the first half, then over a low heat add ¼ cup butter and 0 kg cream while stirring constantly.
